We invite you for 17 - day rehabilitation and treatment stays

Our 6,5-hour treatment visit, take you for treatment during rehabilitation - treatment stays ( Sunday is a day off ) to the unique salt scenery of the Lake Wessel Chamber, located 135 meters underground, well - equipped with physical therapy equipment. The specific microclimate of the underground Lake Wessel Chamber is characterized by bacteriological purity; what is more the air of the chamber contains large quantities of sodium chloride and magnesium and calcium ions. Treatment has a form of active rehabilitation including in modern breathing exercises, which consist of ability to control and improve respiratory system. Therefore, the stay in our mine is especially beneficial for treating: lower and upper tract respiratory system diseases (infections of nose, sinuses, throat, larynx, asthma, COPD, bronchi diseases ), allergies, skin diseases, metabolic disorders (obesity).

The centre has an International Certificate ISO 9001:2000 of Quality Management System concerning health protection.

We propose our patients during the treatment stay for extra costs:

additional services - massages, dental and cosmetic services
a sightseeing visit of the Tourist Route of the Wieliczka Salt Mine (inscribed to the first UNESCO World Heritage List) and the underground exhibition of the Cracow Salt-Works Museum;
a possibility of taking part in facultative excursions to Cracow and the most attractive places in the south Poland on Sundays and during leisure;
transfer from railway and bus station in Cracow (60 PLN) and from airport Cracow Balice (120 PLN);

Patients undergoing ambulatory treatment who would like to find accommodation can make use of the Internet list of hotels and guest houses, offered by Centre. ( The patients choose a suitable type of accommodation, referring to a booked ambulatory treatment, and having made a reservation they pay on their own.
